Why is it important not to overprice you’re home?

Simple because you don’t wanna be playing defense you want to be playing offense.

And if you overshoot the mark you’re gonna find yourself in a position where you will be chasing the market downward rather than people coming to you.

The number of times I’ve heard people say well it doesn’t hurt to try, actually that’s not true it does.

If you come on too high and the market doesn’t respond favorably to that price it’s gonna sit it’s gonna go stale and it’s going to become that listing that the market forgot about.
