This week’s single-family home numbers saw a dip from last week.

New active listings for this week were 74

Pending sales 31

Closed Sales 37

And total active listings 420
Giving us 2 1/2 months of supply

For condos townhomes, and TICs this week’s numbers are

New actives 108

New pending’s 52

closed sales 38

And total active 946

Giving us a total of 4.5 months of supply
