I took a look at last year’s sold numbers for single-family homes, condos, TICs, and townhomes and it looks like we are definitely in a slowdown

Last year during this time we were closing double the amount of transactions each week.

Which is only proof that the increase in interest rates has definitely had a big impact on buyer sentiment.
