For single-family homes, we saw 51 new listings hit the market
33 homes went pending
39 transactions closed
27 Expired or canceled listings
with a total of 411 active listings currently on the market

For condos townhomes and TICs
We had 47 new listings
29 properties went pending
51 transactions closed
66 Expired or canceled listings
with 1009 total active listings.

As we are moving into the holiday season, we are seeing fewer and fewer listings hit the market week after week.

With interest rates, increasing to levels we haven’t seen in decades we are definitely seeing opportunities for buyers that can still afford a home during these market conditions.
