For condos, TIC’s and townhomes we saw the numbers dip substantially from last week. We had
62 new properties hit the market
35 properties went pending

994 active listings

I know a lot of media outlets are all doom and gloom but for buyers. If you can afford the new interest rate hikes, it could be a great time to buy a home for anyone that selling a property I recommend that you do as much research as you can with your local market and hire a local real estate expert that could give you the true facts about current market trends. In many parts of San Francisco, we are still seeing multiple offers and High-over bidding but that’s not the case for everyone. So consultant trusted expert.
