For single-family homes, we saw:
19 new listings hit the market
8 homes went pending
13 transactions closed
7 Expired or canceled listings
with a total of 236 active listings currently on the market and we are seeing 37 average days on market.

For condos townhomes and TICs:
We had 45 new listings
17 properties went pending
20 transactions closed
19 Expired or canceled listings
with 428 total active listings and 71 average days on market.
