For single-family homes, we saw:
38 new listings hit the market
7 homes went pending
27 transactions closed
6 Expired or canceled listings
with a total of 188 active listings currently on the market and we are seeing 37 average days on market.
For condos townhomes and TICs:
We had 70 new listings
12 properties went pending
13 transactions closed
17 Expired or canceled listings
with 466 total active listings and 70 average days on market.
