San Francisco Housing Market Update for this week December 6, 2022

For single-family homes, we saw:
26 new listings hit the market
19 homes went pending
28 transactions closed
28 Expired or canceled listings
with a total of 307 active listings currently on the market
For condos townhomes and TICs,
We had 28 new listings
22 properties went pending
29 transactions closed
71 Expired or canceled listings
with 742 total active listings.
What all these numbers represent is that we are still seeing a very limited supply of single-family homes, as well as condos townhomes in TICs.
Even though there’s a limited supply, we’re still seeing fewer bidding wars and fewer buyers Submitting offers on properties. Which could give you the upper hand and get into that dream home now.
