For single-family homes, we saw:
13 new listings hit the market
21 homes went pending
18 transactions closed
32 Expired or canceled listings
with a total of 236 active listings currently on the market
For condos townhomes and TICs:
We had 19 new listings
17 properties went pending
29 transactions closed
85 Expired or canceled listings
with 590 total active listings.
