For single-family homes, we saw:

28 homes went pending
39 transactions closed
19 Expired or canceled listings
with a total of 284 active listings currently on the market
For condos townhomes and TICs:
We had 29 new listings
23 properties went pending
31 transactions closed
56 Expired or canceled listings
with 691 total active listings.
