San Francisco Housing Market Update for October 25, 2022

Want to know what’s happening in the San Francisco housing market?

Here are this week’s sales Numbers :

For single-family homes, we saw
51 new listings hit the market
34 homes went pending
41 transactions closed
with a total of 417 active listings currently on the market

For condos townhomes and TICs
We had 82 new listings
43 properties went pending
44 transactions closed
with 1009 total active listings.

Even though we’ve seen buyers stop their home search because of mortgage rates rising we are still seeing low levels of inventory for single-family homes in San Francisco.

In most parts of the city, prices are still maintained, but we are definitely seeing more days on market for newly listed homes.
