San Francisco Housing Market Update for October 18, 2022

Here are this weeks sales Numbers :

For single-family homes we saw 54 new listings hit the market
42 homes went pending 41 transactions closed with a total of 419 active listings currently on the market

For condos townhomes and TICs
We had 98 new listings 40 properties went pending 46 transactions closed with 1026 total active listings.

As we are heading into the holiday season, we will see these numbers drop as more people put pause on their home search during the holidays.
