Property Tax Friendly Reminder
This is a friendly reminder that December 10th is the deadline to pay the first installment of your property taxes!
When your property taxes are not impounded (included in your mortgage payment), you are responsible for paying your property taxes directly to the County Tax Collector twice a year.
Property taxes are due and payable in two installments.
The first installment is due November Ist, and delinquent December 10th. The second installment is due February Ist, and delinquent April 10th.
Because this year December 10 falls on a Saturday you have until December 12 to pay your property taxes without a penalty.
