Mortgage Interest Rates Update for June 21, 2023

As we stand today June 21st, 2023, the average interest rate for a 30-year fixed mortgage stands at 6.87%.

In case you’re considering a 15-year fixed mortgage, the average rate is now at 6.25%.

If we look at the 5/1 adjustable-rate mortgage, the current average rate is 6.89%.

Furthermore, the 30-year FHA loan is at 6.55%, the 30-year jumbo loan sits at 6.67%, and the 30-year VA loan at 6.54%.
