For single-family homes, we saw:
26 new listings hit the market
23 homes went pending
29 transactions closed
16 Expired or canceled listings
with a total of 287 active listings currently on the market

Marin County has seen a steady increase in active listings on the market but not enough inventory currently on the market to meet buyer demand. Many of the homes in Marin County are still receiving multiple offers and are going over the asking price.
