So the way to work it out is what are your must haves for 2023? 

Do I want to make $1 million dollars, do I want to own an investment property, and pay off debt? Whatever you are trying to accomplish write it down.

And then work out the numbers of how many transactions you need to close in 2023 to achieve those goals. 

After that analyze and ask yourself what activities and behaviors, that you need to be doing consistently to achieve those sales numbers. 

For example, create four pillars of lead generation. Will it be doorknocking, cold calling, social media marketing, Geo farm, or whatever your lead stores you need to be consistent and you need to track each and every day your numbers how many hours of activity, how many conversations, and how many appointments you went on. 

Then you need to write your goals in writing you need to put them everywhere where you can see them and you need to let other people know your goals your wife, your partner, your sister, your brother, your mother, so that you have some sort of accountability.
